Delivery and returns

DELIVERY

Your orders are generally prepared and shipped within 48 hours. Due to the high volume during the holiday season, your order may take longer to ship than expected.
You will then be notified by email of the shipment of your order. This email will contain a tracking number so that you are kept informed of each step during the delivery.
You will be delivered within 2-3 working days after shipment of your order for delivery in France via Colissimo. In the UE and in the rest of the world, the delay may be longer.
In the event of a delay in delivery, we advise you to check the tracking of the package received when confirming your order. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

RETURNS

You can cancel your order by notifying us within 14 days of receipt of the products ordered. You must then notify us of your withdrawal by sending us an email to secondhomeart@gmail.com.
You must also return canceled products to us at your expense within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for the condition of the products during their return. This is why we recommend that you send them well packaged, undamaged and in their original box or packaging.
When you make a withdrawal, we will refund the price you paid for the canceled products, we do not refund the shipping costs. We will nevertheless deduct from the amount to be reimbursed any depreciation in the value of the products. We will refund the amount owed to you as soon as possible.
